This is an interesting article concerning marijuana and its uses. However, I mean I agree that this can have some teens experient with this, but again I know that the use for it is still under medical use only with of course proof of pateints history, it is important to only give permission for people who need this the most and if they are asked to show papers they will. Again, being a non-smoker and a non marijauna user in this world, there is so much going on this world that it can make people sick, and severly depressed and the only way to get through to them is by letting the maricle plant be with them because it is better than having sick pateints kill themselves or even hurt theselves.

My wife and I were hosts to a 17 year old girl from a foreign country. While in our home, she went against our wishes and used our computer unsupervised at a time we did not permit. While doing so, she engaged in a 4 hour sex chat with an 18 year old male in England. She instigated most of the sex talk. She talked about oral sex, sex in the kitchen and hinted about masturbation. Also, she brought up a previous web cam session with this person where she reminded him of actually masturbating for him live on a web cam. And, during this chat, she removed her clothes at least once. After I caught her, she lied and told me this was not usual. We protected her and did not report her to the agency that brought her her, the State Department or the local police. I did not know if this was actually a crime. Prior to this incident, this girl told my wife and I that her English teacher had been trying to get her to come to her house. This teacher gave this girl her address and her phone numbers. She asked this girl to come over and play with her puppy. On the day prior to Thanksgiving, this teacher disappeared with this student for almost 2 hours. Little did I know, this teacher and this girl were plotting to keep her in this country and out of my home. This student was telling this teacher we were too strict withut telling this teacher what she was caught doing.
Anyway, the agency that brought her here had her removed from my home. After this girl was gone, we went through the computer. She has been sending sexually suggestive photos to more guys online. Also, there are photos of her in her bra getting molested by three guys. There are photos of her on a topless beach where she barely covers her nipples. These photos were taken by her 12 year old friend. There are also photos of her and another girl in clothes, yet acting out sexual positions while a dozen other friends are around them taking pictures. We contacted the local police, the State Department and the agency. The local police came to my house and told me she committed no crime and if I proceeded with making charges against this girl, they would tell her to lie about me and say I did something sexual to her. They then claimed they would arrest me for harassment. They also claimed the would get something on me because they could get something on anyone they wanted.
I am now learning this girl may be living with this teacher and going out on dates with the teacher’s son. This girl is desperate to do well on the SAT exams, and this teacher is her SAT English teacher. I spoke to my uncle, a 40 year veteran of the NYPD and an investigater with the Manhattan D.A.’s office. He told me these were bad cops. As a matter of fact, my uncle was at my home on Thanksgiving. His 14 year old granddaughter was alone in the bedroom of this student where this student admitted to being a drug user.
It seems like this girl lied to get here and the State Department would be embarrassed if they voided her visa. She commited most of these acts online before she received her visa, a violation that would have meant she was not worthy of a visa. Yet she fooled them all and now my wife and I have to suffer for being good people. We have had 4 other girls stay with us in the past 3 years without incident. We are also licensed in New Jersey to be foster / adoptive parents.
Sorry for the long wided story, but I feel like we are being punished and all the bad people are being rewarded.
